Infotainment 020 - Match Me If You Can
Players match two or three word cards that have the same meaning.
Objective:
To help students recognize synonyms and expand their vocabulary
Players:
2 to 4 players
Click and print:
How to Play:
- Shuffle the "Match Me if You Can" cards. Deal the cards evenly among the players, placing them facedown in front of each player.
- Players turn over two cards at the same time, placing them faceup in front of them.
The first player to stop two word cards that have the same meaning can take them. If no matches are available, players turn over another two cards and place them next to the other cards. Words that have asterisks (*) are part of a three-of-a-kind set. That means that there are three cards that are synonyms. Aterisked word cards must remain faceup until all three words are found.
- Play continues until all cards have been matched. The player with the most cards at the end of the game wins.
